Wycka's sire, Weltstern carries the blood of such influential stallions as Ferdinand, Don Carlos, Furioso II and Absatz. His sire, Welt As, has produced numerous quality offspring, including Leroy Brown, a member of the 1992 German Olympic God Medal show jumping team and Anky von Grunsven's gelding Bonfire, multiple World Cup dressage winner and multiple medal winner for several Netherlands Olympic teams.

 In addition to her exceptional conformation, Wycka has a gentle and calm personality.  Although 17.2 HH, she is one of the easiest horses to handle on the ground, light and easy on her feet.  Her trot and canter are enormous, but her footfalls nearly silent.  

In 2007, Wycka presented us with Coeur de Wilhelm, a Premium chestnut colt. 

Wycka is now back in work with Mary Bayes and enjoying the extra attention (and treats) this brings.
